  1. Record a box opening video: It is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the package. This video will serve as evidence in case you receive a wrong product or a damaged item.
  2. Contact our customer support: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide them with the necessary details, including your order number, the issue you encountered, and attach the box opening video.
  3. Verification process: Our team will review the video and verify the issue. If the video clearly shows that a wrong or damaged product was delivered, we will proceed with the replacement process. Moreover , our all packaging is done under live video recording . Our data will also be matched with video provided by you. once things gets cleared your replacement will be processed.
  4. Replacement delivery: Once the verification process is complete, we will arrange for the replacement to be delivered to you at no additional cost.

Please note that the replacement will be provided for the exact product you ordered. If the same product is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative after consulting with you.

HOW REPLACEMENT WILL WORK

1.We will initiate return with our courier partner , once your replacement is confirmed at our end,

2.Our courier partner will visit our location to collect the product.

3.Handover the product to courier partner and make sure he keeps it in sealed packet or box in front of you.

4.We will dispatch a new product within 2 days of receipt of your product.
